2012 Kentucky Real Estate Appraisal Training

This fall, the Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions (KDFI) and the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis will host three identical sessions across the state of Kentucky to help banking,credit union, mortgage and other financial services professionals get up to speed on the latest in real estate appraisal rules and regulations.

Each session will feature presentations by Larry Disney, executive director of the Kentucky Real Estate Appraisers Board and Dennis Badger, president of Dennis Badger & Associates, Inc., and member of the Appraisal Standards Board. Guest speakers from KDFI and the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis will also participate in sessions, and answer questions as well.
