President Bullard Discusses Low Interest Rates, Fed Transparency on CNBC, Part 2: Fed Transparency

St. Louis Fed President James Bullard shared his views on the current low-real-interest-rate environment, the economic outlook and Fed transparency during an interview on CNBC’s Squawk Box.

He said that having a press conference after every FOMC meeting, creating a quarterly monetary policy report and reporting in terms of monetary policy rules are some ways the Fed could increase transparency.
