Alberto Musalem’s Community Engagement
Alberto Musalem is the president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. He participates on the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) and oversees the St. Louis Fed’s activities in the Eighth Federal Reserve District. He regularly gives remarks and visits communities around our region to hear from stakeholders.

The Eighth Federal Reserve District is a vibrant region served by the St. Louis Fed. With approximately 15 million people, it spans all of Arkansas, most of Missouri and parts of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi and Tennessee.
