St. Louis Fed President James Bullard shared his views on the current low-real-interest-rate environment, the economic outlook and Fed transparency during an interview on CNBC’s Squawk Box.
With inflation and unemployment close to target, he said there is really no reason to dramatically move the federal funds rate at this point given the low-real-interest-rate environment.
