Bullard Discusses Labor Force Participation, Economic Outlook with WSJ

During a Wall Street Journal interview, St. Louis Fed President James Bullard said that most of the decline in U.S. labor force participation has roots in demographic changes in the labor force. Therefore, the signal coming from the decline in unemployment can be taken as a real signal about improvement in the labor market.
