President Bullard Appears on CNBC's "Squawk Box" - Part 5: QE as Conventional Monetary Policy

St. Louis Fed President James Bullard said that when the FOMC can't lower interest rates further, it is very reasonable to do bond purchases, which puts downward pressure further out the yield curve. In his view, quantitative easing (QE) is very conventional monetary policy.
