Bullard Speaks with The Economist about Monetary Policy, Low Inflation

St. Louis Fed President James Bullard explained how global trade uncertainty is impacting U.S. monetary policy and how the Fed is addressing inflation that has been running below its 2% target since 2012. In an interview with The Economist, Bullard also weighed in on slower global growth, pointing out that global manufacturing is in contraction.
