President Bullard Appears on CNBC's "Squawk Box" - Part 3: QE Effectiveness, Tapering

Regarding the FOMC's decision to delay tapering in September, St. Louis Fed President James Bullard noted that the data had come in more mixed than the committee had expected in June. Bullard said he argued in favor of waiting for more data at the time.
