Violeta A. Gutkowski is a lead analyst for the Institute for Economic Equity at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
Her research focuses on economic equity issues, the economic mobility of low- and moderate-income individuals and the resiliency of organizations providing services to them.
Gutkowski previously worked in the St. Louis Fed’s Research division and in the finance and private sector development research group at the World Bank. She holds a Ph.D. in economics from Brown University.
