Lisa Locke
Community Development Advisor, Bank on National Data Hub
Lisa Locke is a community development advisor based in the Louisville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. She serves as the lead relationship manager for the Bank On National Data Hub, providing support to new and existing financial institutions that participate in data reporting. She fosters partnerships and initiatives that promote Bank On throughout the entire Eighth Federal Reserve District, which includes Arkansas, southern Illinois, southern Indiana, western Kentucky, northern Mississippi, eastern Missouri and western Tennessee. Her work includes conducting outreach, analyzing policy, convening events, providing technical assistance, and highlighting effective programs and tools.
Locke has worked at the St. Louis Fed since 1994, serving in various positions in the payments department, sales and marketing, and human resources. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Louisville and a master’s degree in human resource development from Webster University.
