How do local communities and individuals realize the benefits from economic mobility? By putting in place strategies that invest in opportunities for inclusive economic growth. Reinventing Our Communities: Investing in Opportunity (ROC) will highlight effective models and emerging strategies for investing different forms of capital to enable every individual to contribute to and benefit from an expanding economy.
Registration is now open for the 2018 ROC conference, hosted by the Federal Reserve banks of Philadelphia and Richmond, and the Johns Hopkins 21st Century Cities Initiative. Participants will enjoy a series of insightful plenary discussions, concurrent sessions and keynote addresses that will examine how to invest in opportunities for mobilizing four types of capital:
