Join us to hear from economic experts and logistics industry leaders at our annual economic briefing event.

Two St. Louis Fed economists will give overviews of national and regional economic conditions, and a panel of leaders of transportation and logistics organizations will discuss the industry. The event is sponsored by the Louisville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis in partnership with the World Trade Center of Kentucky.

Speakers include:

  • Nikki Jackson, senior vice president and regional executive of the Louisville Branch of the St. Louis Fed.
  • Kevin Kliesen, business economist and a research officer at the St. Louis Fed, who will talk about national economic conditions.
  • Charles Gascon, a senior coordinator in the St. Louis Fed's Research division, who will give an overview of local economic conditions.
  • J. Edwin Webb, president and CEO of World Trade Center of Kentucky, who will moderate a panel discussion.
  • Maria Bouvette, interim president of commerce park Louisville-Jefferson Riverport International.
  • Nick D'Andrea, vice president of public affairs for UPS Inc.
  • Dan Mann, incoming executive director of the Louisville Regional Airport Authority.
