During this Connecting Communities® webinar, speakers will discuss how an employer-led national collaboration of health care leaders promotes employer investment in the skills and career development of frontline health care workers. Kelly Aiken, of the CareerSTAT network, will discuss the framework and strategies outlined in the network's new Guide for Investing in Frontline Health Care Workers. Representatives from UnityPoint Health and California-based Homebridge, both recognized by CareerSTAT as Frontline Health Care Worker Champion organizations, will discuss how these strategies work in practice and their impact on employees and business outcomes.
