The Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) system is the largest private source of grant money for affordable housing in the U.S. Yet only a small number of banks and nonprofit housing developers pursue FHLB funds each year. Participants at this information session will learn more about FHLB programs and their potential to support community redevelopment programs. Representatives from the FHLBs of Cincinnati and Atlanta will participate, along with banks and practitioners who have successfully partnered to secure funding for affordable housing projects.
