Conversations With an Economist: A Speaker Series for Teachers

Bring additional insights into your classroom by attending the final event of our 2016 speaker series at the St. Louis Fed, featuring economists talking on topics that your students will be interested in.

The date and topic are as follows:

  • Nov. 2, 2016: Kim Holder, lecturer and director of the Center for Economic Education at the University of West Georgia, will speak on Rockonomix and Teaching Economics through the Lens of Sport, Music and Movies.

The event will open with refreshments at 4 p.m. CT, followed by a presentation and informal conversation, ending at 5:15 p.m. CT. The event is free, but registration is required and is limited to 30 participants. Please register early to ensure a seat.
