The Federal Reserve banks of Atlanta and Kansas City, along with the John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development at Rutgers University, recently collaborated on a book, Transforming U.S. Workforce Development Policies for the 21st Century.
Leading experts will discuss the book at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in Washington, D.C. The event will be live streamed in its entirety. The discussion will feature perspectives on and insights into the state of the labor market. It also will highlight potentially transformative workforce development and education strategies and policies designed to improve opportunities for job seekers, students and workers—especially those facing the most difficulties in the labor market.
We invite you to learn more about the solutions and strategies to challenges in workforce development by visiting our website, where you also can download an electronic copy of the book.
