Communications Specialist and Senior Editor, Special Projects and Strategic Support
Bianca Phillips oversees and edits all communications for the Community Development department at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. In this role, she also acts as the managing editor of Bridges, an online publication that provides articles and resources promoting the economic mobility and resilience of low- to moderate-income communities throughout the Federal Reserve’s Eighth District.
