Alejeal Appointed to St. Louis Fed’s Memphis Branch Board

Memphis, Tenn. — The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis has announced the following change to its Memphis Branch board of directors, effective October 2025:

Rhamy Alejeal, CEO of People Processes in Memphis, Tenn., has been appointed by the Board of Governors to fill the unexpired portion of a three-year term ending Dec. 31, 2027.

Also serving on the Memphis Branch board are:

Jeff Agee, chairman and CEO of First Citizens National Bank in Dyersburg, Tenn.; Davy Carter, regional president of Centennial Bank in Jonesboro, Ark.; Henry N. Reichle Jr., president and CEO of Staple Cotton Cooperative Association (Staplcotn) in Greenwood, Miss.; Erica Plybeah, CEO of MedHaul Inc. in Memphis, Tenn.; and Joshua Poag, president and CEO of Poag Development Group in Memphis, Tenn.

Members of the St. Louis Fed’s board of directors and those of its branch boards in Little Rock, Ark., Louisville, Ky., and Memphis, Tenn., are familiar with the economic and credit conditions of their respective regions. Their observations—along with the economic data and information gathered and analyzed by St. Louis Fed staff—help ensure that conditions of Main Street America are represented in Federal Open Market Committee deliberations in Washington, D.C.
