St. Louis Fed Louisville Branch Announces Changes to Board of Directors

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis has announced the following changes to its Louisville Branch board of directors, effective Jan. 1:

Millie Marshall, president of Toyota Motor Mfg., Indiana Inc. in Princeton, Ind., has been appointed to a three-year term on the board.

Ben Reno-Weber, co-founder and chief storyteller of MobileServe in Louisville, has been reappointed to a three-year term on the board.

Also serving on the board are: Patrick J. Glotzbach, president and CEO of New Independent Bancshares Inc. in Charlestown, Ind.; Emerson M. Goodwin, corporate regional director of KentuckyCare in Paducah, Ky.; Sadiqa N. Reynolds, president and CEO of the Louisville Urban League; Randy W. Schumaker, former president and chief management officer of Logan Aluminum Inc. in Russellville, Ky.; and Blake B. Willoughby, chairman and president of First Breckinridge Bancshares Inc. in Irvington, Ky.

Members of the St. Louis Fed’s board of directors and the advisory boards of its three branches in Little Rock, Ark., Louisville, Ky., and Memphis, Tenn., are familiar with the economic and credit conditions of their respective regions. Their observations—along with the economic data and information gathered and analyzed by St. Louis Fed staff—help ensure that conditions of Main Street America are represented in Federal Open Market Committee deliberations in Washington, D.C.
