D. Bryan Jordan Reappointed to Federal Advisory Council
ST. LOUIS - The board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis has reappointed D. Bryan Jordan, chairman, president and CEO of First Horizon National Corporation, in Memphis, Tenn., to serve on the Federal Advisory Council for a one-year term that ends on December 31, 2013.
Jordan also serves as a member of the boards of directors of Memphis Tomorrow, Youth Villages, and Baptist Hospital. In addition, he is a member of the CEOs Against Cancer Tennessee Chapter.
Established by the Federal Reserve Act, the Federal Advisory Council consists of one representative from each of the 12 Federal Reserve districts. The Council ordinarily meets four times a year with the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in Washington, D.C., on economic and banking developments, and make recommendations on Fed system activities.
