Financial Disclosure and Code of Conduct

In order to promote transparency and in response to media interest, the Federal Reserve banks are today each making available the financial disclosure forms and related documents filed by their current president with their respective Federal Reserve Bank ethics officer.  The information will cover the most recent years the president has served in his or her current position through 2010, the most recent year of filing.

The St. Louis Fed's web site also makes available rules related to corporate governance, ethics and its Code of Conduct at About Us/Governance.

To request a copy of the disclosure forms filed by the current president of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, please send an e-mail to the Bank's ethics officer at ethicsofficer@stls.frb.orgYour request must include the following:  media affiliation and a representation as follows:  The forms will not be used for any unlawful purpose or for any commercial purpose, other than by a news and communications media for dissemination to the general public.  Additionally, the information will not be used for determining or establishing a credit rating of any individual or for use, directly or indirectly, in the solicitation of money for any political, charitable or other purpose.
