Julie Stackhouse, senior vice president of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis' Banking Supervision and Regulation department, will teach a second grade class at Confluence Academy's Old North St. Louis campus as part of "Teach Children To Save" day. This special class will also feature the debut of the St. Louis Fed’s new mascot, Fred the Frugal Eagle.
