St. Louis Fed Announces Changes to The Louisville Branch Board of Directors

LOUISVILLE, Ky., — The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis announced the following changes to its Louisville Branch board of directors:

David P. Heintzman, chairman and CEO of S.Y. Bancorp, Inc., and its subsidiary Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company in Louisville, has been appointed to the board of directors of the Louisville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis for a three-year term ending December 31, 2013. Heintzman also serves as a member of the board of directors of the Kentucky Bankers Association and various civic organizations.

Gerald R. Martin, vice president and member of River Hill Capital, LLC in Louisville, has been appointed to the board of directors of the Louisville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis to fulfill an unexpired term ending December 31, 2011. Martin also serves as chairman of the board of directors of the Louisville Water Company and is a member of the board of directors of Concord Custom Cleaners.

Gary A. Ransdell, president of Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Ky., has been reappointed to the board of directors of the Louisville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis for a three-year term ending December 31, 2013 and will serve as chair in 2011. Ransdell also serves as a member of the Bowl Championship Series Presidential Oversight Committee.
