William R. Emmons, Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis assistant vice president and economist, will present “Housing’s Great Fall: Putting Household Balance Sheets Together Again.” Emmons will examine the dangerous and disruptive nature of housing price declines, as well as the lessons learned from the current housing crisis.
