Banking Supervision and Regulation Senior Vice President Julie Stackhouse Discusses the Current State of the Banking Industry

St. Louis Fed Banking Supervision and Regulation Senior Vice President Julie Stackhouse discussed the current state of the banking industry in a presentation to Tennessee bankers at May 12's  "A Day with the Commissioner," hosted by the Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions in Nashville, Tennessee.

In her presentation, "The Current State of the Banking Industry," Stackhouse included a look back at the history of the financial crisis and its spillover effects; an overview of the current state of the banking industry, and the near-term challenges facing banks.
