Being prepared can help limit financial damage from natural disasters.
Economic education experts from the Federal Reserve banks of St. Louis and Atlanta are teaming up to bring you an event packed with tips, ideas and access to high quality resources that can help your students understand the impact of natural disasters on personal finance.
The event will feature Lesley Mace, senior education outreach consultant with the Jacksonville Branch of the Atlanta Fed, along with Econ Ed at the St. Louis Fed specialists.
Earn professional development credit by signing up to attend starting at 1 p.m. (for six hours of credit) or at 4 p.m. (for three hours of credit).
The event is free, but you must register and select one of the two time options. Parking is free and dinner will be provided.
