The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC), the Barret School of Banking, and BLDG Memphis will host a Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) training and listening forum. This event will bring together nonprofits and bankers to discuss emerging CRA partnerships and opportunities.
A panel comprised of interagency examiners and a CRA officer will discuss best practices in CRA and provide participants an opportunity to engage in a Q&A session about the CRA performance context, preparation and examination process. In addition, community-based and other non-bank organizations will learn about the CRA and what it means to banks and communities.
Participation in this event is free; however, registration is required by Friday, Oct. 13, as space is limited. Lunch will be provided.
