This second annual conference is designed to provide senior-level or high-potential middle-management minority bank leaders with industry, leadership and professional development knowledge that will enhance their careers and networks. The Kansas City Fed is sponsoring the event in partnership with the Federal Reserve Board of Governors and banks of Atlanta, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Richmond and St. Louis.
