Attend one day or both of this workshop to find out new ways to teach economic concepts to elementary students using popular children's books. Learn how to use new lessons with interactive whiteboard applications from the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
Each attendee also will receive standards-based, printed curriculum materials that are classroom ready, a children’s book for his or her classroom library, and six hours of professional development credit.
Kindergarten through second grade will be the focus on the first day and third through fifth grades on the second. Lunch and complimentary parking will be provided. This event is free, but registration is required by June 1, 2016.
