The Louisville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis invites you to join us at our annual regional economic briefing breakfast event May 19 for business leaders, educators, community development practitioners and others interested in the economy. This year's spotlight will be on economic drivers and Kentucky's automotive industry.

The speakers include:

  • Kevin Kliesen, St. Louis Fed research officer and business economist, who will discuss national economic conditions;
  • Charles Gascon, St. Louis Fed regional economist, who will provide an overview of the region’s economic drivers, including the automotive sector; and
  • David Tatman, executive director of the Kentucky Automotive Industry Association and former plant manager of the Corvette assembly plant in Bowling Green, who will give an inside look at the industry.

A complimentary buffet breakfast will be served. This popular annual event is free, but seating is limited, so sign up soon to save your spot. Registration is required by noon Monday, May 16.
