Data Citations with FRED (Page One Economics)

FRED® (Federal Reserve Economic Data) provides access to a wide range of data from multiple sources. Describing the source of data used in a presentation, written report, or research project with a citation makes that work more thorough and easier to replicate. This data primer describes the elements of a good data citation for new data users and serves as a reference for advanced data users.
