Federal Stimulus Spending and the Private Sector: Bill Dupor's Presentation

Economist Bill Dupor talked about the current state of infrastructure, the Trump administration’s plans to use $200 billion in federal money to encourage state spending on infrastructure, and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act signed in 2009 by former President Barack Obama. Dupor looked at whether the Recovery Act helped add jobs and otherwise stimulated the economy as intended.
