EEO-1 data available for the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis
Each year, the St. Louis Fed makes the workforce data (EEO-1 data) it provides annually to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) publicly available. The race and gender categories, as well as job categories, were created by the EEOC to measure employee populations throughout the nation.
