Security

The St. Louis Fed is a secure facility. All visitors over 18 must present a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport. X-ray screening and metal detection are required. Illegal drugs are prohibited, as are weapons and dangerous items of any kind, including—but not limited to—pocketknives, firearms (even if licensed), oleoresin capsicum spray of any size (commonly known as pepper spray), explosives and hazardous materials.

Economy Museum

The Economy Museum at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis is open 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. This free museum is located inside the St. Louis Fed's headquarters, just minutes from most major highways. Visitors of all ages can enjoy nearly 100 interactive indoor exhibits, games and videos.
