St. Louis Fed Announces Changes to Board of Directors

ST. LOUIS — The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis has announced the following changes to its board of directors, effective Jan. 1:

Kathleen M. Mazzarella, chairman, president and CEO of Graybar Electric Co. Inc. in St. Louis, has been re-designated as board chair. Mazzarella initially was appointed to the board in 2015.

Suzanne Sitherwood, president and CEO of Spire Inc. in St. Louis, has been reappointed to a three year term and re-designated as deputy chair of the board. Sitherwood was appointed to the board in 2016.

Patricia L. Clarke, president and CEO of First National Bank of Raymond in Raymond, Ill., has been re-elected for a three-year term on the board.

Daniel J. Ludeman, president and CEO of Concordance Academy of Leadership in St. Louis, was re-elected for a three-year term.

Also serving on the board are: Alice K. Houston, CEO of HJI Supply Chain Solutions in Louisville, Ky.; D. Bryan Jordan, chairman, president and CEO of First Horizon National Corp. in Memphis, Tenn.; Elizabeth G. McCoy, president and CEO of Planters Bank Inc. in Hopkinsville, Ky.; James M. McKelvey Jr., founder and CEO of Invisibly in St. Louis; and John N. Roberts III, president and CEO of J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc. in Lowell, Ark.

The St. Louis Fed is a corporation chartered under the Federal Reserve Act and is governed by a board of directors, whose nine members provide oversight of Bank management.
