Professors and high school teachers, please bring your students and join the Little Rock Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis at a dinner event. Kevin Kliesen, a business economist and research officer, will share an overview of regional economic conditions.
Among other responsibilities, Kliesen analyzes current U.S. macroeconomic and financial market developments and trends for the St. Louis Fed president and staff economists before each Federal Open Market Committee meeting.
Time for a question and answer session will follow Kliesen's remarks.
Dinner will be provided. The event is free, but space is limited, so you must book your seats online.
All high school students must be accompanied by their teachers. Please register for the event, then send your students to the registration page to do the same.
High school teachers, the EconChallenge state championship is set for the day after the dinner. Now is a good time to sign up your teams for the free economics competition sponsored by Economics Arkansas.
We look forward to seeing you and your students at the dinner.
