Dodd-Frank Regulatory Reform Rules

CFPB - Interim final rule regarding home mortgage disclosure (Regulation C).

The Dodd-Frank Act transferred rulemaking authority for many consumer financial protection laws from various Federal agencies to the CFPB. The CFPB is in the process of republishing certain regulations to reflect the transfer of authority. Proposed Regulation C is an interim final rule implementing annual reporting requirements for lenders concerning housing-related lending activity. The rule does not impose any new substantive obligations under regulations previously published by the Federal Reserve Board.
