CFTC - Final rules on large trader reporting for physical commodity swaps.

Summary:
RIN 3038-AD17. The CFTC is adopting reporting regulations that require physical commodity swap and swaption reports. The final rules require position reports on economically equivalent swaps from clearing organizations, their members and swap dealers. The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on November 2, 2010 (75 FR 67258).
