Manu García is an associate economist in the Research division of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, which he joined in 2022. His research interests are in macroeconomics, housing markets, monetary policy, environmental economics, and econometrics.
His publications include articles in the European Economic Review, SERIEs: Journal of the Spanish Economic Association, Journal of Human Capital, Hacienda Pública Española / Review of Public Economics, and Applied Economic Analysis. He received his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in economics from Washington University in St. Louis in 2022 and 2025, respectively.
