St. Louis Fed Redesigning Web Site

The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis recently formed a Bank-wide committee to redesign its public web site. As we continue this effort, we'd like bankers to tell us what they want.

On our home page, www.stls.frb.org, we have placed a link to our online survey. We ask questions such as:

  • How easy is it to navigate the web site?
  • What new information would you like to see added to the site?
  • How do you like the graphical presentation?
  • How useful is the information the Bank presents?
  • How useful are the publications the Bank publishes?

Additionally, during the next few months, the St. Louis Fed's Customer Service Program Office will be holding focus groups with representative bankers throughout the District. We want to know:

  • Do bankers currently use web services to receive information?
  • Do bankers want the Bank to provide more information (specifically, regulations and newsletters) through the public web site?
  • How would bankers feel if this information were distributed exclusively through the web site?

The success of this redesign is dependent on our customers' feedback. Please visit our web site and fill out the online survey. Our goal is to launch the new site later this year.
