The Fed has reissued its brochure, A Guide to Business Credit for Women, Minorities and Small Businesses. In addition to information on the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the guide explains the application process for small-business loans and what steps an applicant may take if a loan is denied.

A new computer program designed to help consumers learn more about vehicle leasing is now available via the Board's web site. "Keys to Vehicle Leasing: A Consumer Resource" answers common questions about leases, including:
