CFPB - Request for information regarding complaints from private education loan borrowers.

Summary:
The Dodd-Frank Act established a Private Education Loan Ombudsman (Ombudsman) within the CFPB to provide timely assistance to borrowers of private education loans. The Ombudsman also compiles and analyzes data on borrower complaints regarding private education loans and makes appropriate recommendations to the Director of the CFPB, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Education, and Congress. The Ombudsman is seeking information on borrower complaints about private education loans.
