New Team to Improve Customer Service

The Federal Reserve recently has placed an increased emphasis on improving one of the most important aspects of our busines--service.

To ensure your questions and operational issues are handled promptly and thoroughly, we now have a customer service representative (CSR) at each office. Their primary responsibilities are to assist the office account executive and help resolve your financial services-related questions and concerns.

Bobbi Antoff, the new CSR for the St. Louis zone, started working at the Fed in March. Antoff was employed with FirstBank of Illinois for more than eight years, and she is finding that her private-sector background brings valuable input to the job. "My experience maintaining correspondent relations, and my responsibility as a cash management and wire supervisor has enabled me to better understand and resolve customer issues," says Antoff.

Gerry Gray, the Little Rock CSR, has been with the Fed for 26 years. Gray worked in the check department for more than 10 years and learned many functions of check operations. This experience has proven invaluable in the customer service area, where he has been providing superior service in both our St. Louis and Little Rock offices for the past 15 years.

Lisa Locke is the CSR for Louisville zone customers. She has worked in the banking industry eight years, four of which have been at the Fed. Locke finds that her check operations background helps her take care of almost every issue her customers raise.

Customers in the Memphis zone also are receiving exceptional service. Nikita Little has been with the Fed for two years and recently moved into the CSR position. She feels a friendly attitude is the first step to great customer service.

We believe the CSRs will make it easier for you to get started on new services and resolve financial services issues. Please call your local CSR or account executive if there is anything he or she can help you with.
