Fed Mails Services Directories
The St. Louis Fed recently mailed its new Services Directory to financial institutions.  Four versions were sent, one for each of the offices in the Eighth District.  The new simplified format was designed as a quick-reference tool.  The directories are condensed--listing fewer numbers--and they also contain toll-free numbers.  Additional copies may be obtained by contacting the Public Affairs Department at (314) 444-8810, or toll-free at 1-800-333-0810.

Three New Community Affairs Publications
The St. Louis Fed's Community Affairs Department has just published the following publications:   

Urban Sprawl, Urban Promise: A Case Study of Memphis, Tennessee, is a research study that examines the effects of urban sprawl on the Memphis MSA.  David H. Ciscel, a Memphis-area economist, prepared this study for the St. Louis Fed's Community Affairs Department. 

The Arkansas Department of Rural Services and the St. Louis Fed have recently published the Arkansas Resource Catalog and Investment Opportunities Profile, which lists both the state and national resources available for various community and economic development opportunities.

Finally, the department has just released its latest Credit Scoring and Fair Market Lending brochure.  This brochure--the second of a five-part series--explores lending policy, credit-scoring model development and model maintenance.
