Julie L. Stackhouse
Senior Vice President
Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis
Julie Stackhouse is senior vice president and managing officer of Banking Supervision, Credit, Community Development and Learning Innovation for the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Prior to joining the St. Louis Fed in 2002, she was vice president and managing officer of the Risk Management Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. She also served as the Minneapolis Fed's Community Affairs officer. Before moving to Minnesota in 1995, she was an officer with the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. She served in many capacities in the Kansas City Fed's Banking Supervision and Risk Management areas, starting as an examiner in 1980.
Ms. Stackhouse has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Drake University and is a graduate of the Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking. She serves on the boards of the Missouri Council on Economic Education, the National Charity League Inc. and the Open Door Animal Sanctuary; in addition, she is on the Women's Advisory Board for Variety the Children's Charity. In 2010, she was named one of the St. Louis Business Journal's "Most Influential Business Women."
