A Discussion on Regulatory Reform - Memphis

On September 30, 2010, business leaders from around the Memphis area gathered at the Madison Hotel to discuss the financial and economic implications of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010, as part of A Discussion on Regulatory Reform hosted by the Memphis Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Guest speakers included John C. Carson, Jr., CEO, Morgan Keegan & Company Inc.; David E. Hayes, president and CEO, Security Bank, Dyersburg; Bryan Jordan, president and CEO, First Horizon National Corporation; and Thomas H. Payne, Horace and Sara Dunagan Chair of Excellence in Banking at the University of Tennessee at Martin.
