Participants will be introduced to system dynamics/systems thinking as a way to understand the changes in household economic security, banking, and check cashing, payday loans, etc.
Presenters: Timothy Hower (read bio) and Krista Rux (read bio), Social System Design Lab, Brown School of Social Work, Washington University in St. Louis

Reading Supper Circles with Authors
Cost: $30 (includes dinner; alcoholic beverages are at additional cost)
Limit: 15 participants per author
Participants will enjoy dinner with one of two authors of cutting-edge books that have direct implications for community development. Those who sign up are asked to read the book they choose in advance and come to the dinner prepared to discuss.
